EXPERIENCE, APPLIED
Over 20 years of experience across construction and property development, combining hands-on building knowledge with senior development management expertise.
Starting as a carpenter and general builder, Sam progressed to managing prime residential projects valued from £500,000 to £9.75 million, including a ten-storey apartment development in Mayfair, single-unit new builds and high-end extensions.
Sam personally sources and secures sites for The Multi-Storey Group’s own development opportunities; site sourcing is not offered as a service to clients. He also oversees development strategy, planning and pre-construction, and is co-owner of All Screed Southeast Ltd, combining development knowledge with practical construction business experience.

Three-home residential development — Approx. 4,100 sq ft
Planning permission secured following a detailed appeal process for two semi-detached houses and one detached home. Our role included development strategy, planning coordination, consultant management and pre-construction planning.
Proposed five-home residential development
A redevelopment opportunity with the option agreement signed and planning underway. We lead site appraisal, option negotiations, planning strategy and professional team coordination.
Prime residential development — Proposed 5,750 sq ft detached home
A prime site with the option agreement signed and planning progressing. Our involvement covers development appraisal, planning and design coordination, technical surveys and pre-construction strategy.
